Applicate scope:

Form a layer of dense film on the surface of aluminium liquid to reduce burning of  the fifth system aluminum alloy.

Technical parameters:

1. Volume of 0.3kg per square meter of furnace surface area.

2. Operating temperature: 700oC~740oC.

Use method:

1. When aluminium ingot has been melted and flattened, spread with covering flux to reduce aluminium burning.

    2. After refining of aluminium liquid, skim slay once again, then spread the required covering flux on the surface of aluminium liquid with iron shovel.

Packaging and storage:

2.5～10kg/ bag,20～50kg/carton or box. Be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
