Terms & Conditions — aq111 Platform Rules & User Agreement

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the aq111 platform (accessible at aq111.net and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised URLs, and mirror addresses), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the aq111 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform at the time of participation. aq111 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: national identification card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration Requirements

General Bonus Rules

• Each welcome bonus offer is available to each new player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, identity fraud, or any deception intended to obtain funds from aq111 unlawfully.
• Money laundering: Using the aq111 platform to deposit, move, or disguise funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

aq111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if aq111 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. aq111 will send at least one advance notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy restrictions.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the restriction of certain account types or player segments.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your aq111 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, aq111 will process any eligible pending withdrawal to your nominated payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion blocks all login access, all marketing communications, and all deposit functionality for the stated period. Self-exclusion is not reversible before the stated end date under any circumstances. Effect of Closure

• Accounts closed due to Terms breaches are not eligible for reinstatement.
